Customer Operations & Sales Support Specialist
to join a leading integral technology company.

? What's on the Table:

? Start Date: September 2026.

? Project Duration: 10 months.

? Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid).

? The Project: Supporting customers across France, Netherlands, and BELUX markets while ensuring smooth order management, issue resolution, and sales support activities.

? Your Mission:

Act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting sales activities, managing customer requests, resolving escalations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

? Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers across European markets through phone and email interactions.
- Manage customer orders and ensure timely processing.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations,



coordinating with internal teams when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and order information within CRM systems.
- Support commercial activities and contribute to business performance objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced international environment.

✅ Who We Are Looking For:

✔️ 6+ years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Coordination, or similar roles.

✔️ Experience working with CRM systems.

✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer requests.

✔️ Experience working with Microsoft Office tools.

✔️
Advanced English level.

✔️
Native or bilingual Spanish.
