, offering an exclusive portfolio of high-end villas and plots to an international clientele.

They are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager/Director
professional
with a strong and established network across key European markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for
creating market opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, generating qualified leads and ultimately driving sales
among high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

The adecuado candidate will bring a
deep network across Europe
, particularly within luxury real estate, private banking, family offices, wealth management, investment circles, luxury advisory, and other high-net-worth ecosystems

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies across key European markets
, including the UK, Switzerland, Germany, France, Netherlands and the Nordics.
- Leverage an established network of
HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, private banks,



wealth advisors and luxury real estate brokers
to generate qualified opportunities.
- Proactively identify and develop new markets, partnerships and referral channels to create a strong international sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, intermediaries and strategic partners.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from
prospecting and client introduction through negotiation and closing
.
- Represent the development at luxury property events, private client presentations, international roadshows and industry events.
- Work closely with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives for international HNW/UHNW audiences
- Provide market intelligence, sales updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Travel regularly across Europe and Spain to develop relationships, generate opportunities and support sales activities.
