Healthcare Reimbursement & Collections Specialist
, you'll play a key part in this mission. This position is based in Madrid and sits within Revenue Operations, serving as a critical link between healthcare providers, payers, patients, and internal teams.

The role focuses on ensuring timely reimbursement and payment from hospitals, healthcare providers, and other payers. You will combine reimbursement administration, billing and invoicing support, Purchase Order coordination, proactive follow-up of outstanding payments, and collections activities within the Spanish healthcare environment.

We are looking for a proactive professional who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable following up with multiple stakeholders to move payments forward. This role is particularly suited to someone with previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare environments who understands how to navigate hospital billing, payment, and reimbursement processes.





What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support patient onboarding, reimbursement, billing, and revenue operations across Spain by:
- Acting as a key point of contact for physicians and internal stakeholders throughout patient intake and treatment initiation activities
- Processing incoming prescription orders accurately and efficiently within Novocure systems to support timely patient onboarding
- Proactively following up with hospitals, healthcare providers, and other payers on outstanding invoices and payments
- Managing and following up on Purchase Orders and reimbursement requirements with treatment sites and payers to support timely billing and payment
- Investigating delayed or blocked payments, identifying the root cause, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve them
- Coordinating e-invoicing activities and ensuring invoices are submitted accurately and on tim
