As a Sales Trainee on our team, you will:
- Deliver engaging onboarding, upskilling, and refresher training for our B2B sales teams through classroom-based and virtual sessions.
- Facilitate role plays, assessments, certifications, and knowledge checks to evaluate learner readiness and support knowledge retention.
- Coach and mentor sales professionals,



identifying skill gaps and creating targeted development opportunities to improve performance.
- Develop and maintain sales training materials, e-learning content, facilitator guides, and other learning resources.
- Partner with sales leaders, quality teams, and other stakeholders to identify training priorities and align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Track training results and analyze feedback, assessments, quality outcomes, and business metrics to continuously improve learning impact.
