What will be your mission?
- As an IT Support Intern, you will be part of the team that ensures employees can work smoothly by keeping our workplace technology running effectively. You will deepen your understanding of how a corporate support environment operates, gaining experience in diagnosing issues, assisting users,



and learning the standards and tools that keep our systems stable and secure. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in technical support while growing in a dynamic and service-oriented environment.
What will you do?
- Provide first-line IT support for HQ users: diagnose and resolve incidents for Windows, Microsoft 365, email, and connectivity.
- Prepare and deploy PCs and peripherals: imaging, configuration, software installation, and onboarding/offboarding support (accounts and access).
- Support office equipment (printers, meeting room devices, monitors, docking stations) and coordinate with vendors/escalation teams when needed.
- Manage basic user administration tasks (password resets, group membership, shared mailboxes) following internal procedures and security guidelines.
- Document resolutions and maintain accurate ticket/asset records to improve knowledge base and reduce repeat incidents.
