Product Merchandising Administrator
to join our Product team at our European HQ.

This role provides administrative and operational support to the Product Merchandising team. You will maintain accurate product data, compile reports and market insights, and support coordination across internal departments in a fast-paced and international environment.

Role summary

The
Product Merchandising Administrator
will support the merchandising team with product data management, reporting, and catalogue coordination. The role requires strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and a methodical approach to gathering and formatting information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the merchandising team
- Create and maintain the product linelist and product information (SKUs, pricing, descriptions, specifications, imagery)




- Ensure product data accuracy and consistency across all systems and reports
- Produce regular merchandising and sales reports for Merchandising Managers
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and databases used by the merchandising team
- Compile data on sales performance, inventory levels, and product trends
- Collate market research and competitor pricing into clear reports
- Review the delivery calendar and report on key dates and delivery status
- Support catalogue development, ensuring data, pricing, and descriptions are accurate
- Assist in maintaining merchandising processes and standard operating procedures
- Support system updates and process improvements

Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, data or coordinator role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong Excel
