IFS Senior Technical Specialist

We are looking for an IFS Senior Technical Specialist to take ownership of critical areas of our IFS Cloud landscape and help us build a more robust, standardised and scalable technology environment.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of hands-on technical expertise, release management, data, integrations and continuous improvement, and who wants to have a real impact on how technology evolves across a complex, multinational organisation.

What will your impact be?

You will play a key role in making sure our IFS Cloud environments, data and releases are reliable, controlled and business-ready.

Environment & Release Management

You will own and continuously improve the way we manage our IFS Cloud environments and releases:




- Establish and implement best practices for environment management , including refresh schedules, test data and environment usage.
- Maintain environment inventories, interface mappings, configuration baselines and platform documentation.
- Ensure alignment between Build-place and Use-place environments , enabling safe and predictable releases.
- Manage deployments covering IFS Cloud service updates, patches, hotfixes, configurations, reports, integrations and modifications .
- Establish and enforce release governance, version control and change management standards.
- Monitor release performance and identify opportunities to improve deployment success, release quality and change failure rates.
