About The Role
As a
Sales Programs Manager
, you will accelerate pipeline growth and seller productivity by designing, launching and scaling strategic sales programs across European markets. Operating at the intersection of sales strategy, pipeline generation, field execution and enablement, the role will partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities and performance insights into measurable programs that improve pipeline creation, conversion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities




Sales program strategy and execution
- Design, launch and manage structured sales programs that drive pipeline creation, opportunity progression and revenue growth across European markets.
- Partner with Sales Leaders to identify priority segments, territories, industries, products or customer cohorts where targeted programs can improve performance.
- Build program plans from concept through execution, including objectives, target audience, messaging, seller actions, enablement needs, success metrics and reporting cadence.
- Own the operating rhythm for key initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered on time, adopted by sales teams and continuously improved based on results.

Pipeline generation and performance management
- Analyze pipeline, activity, conversion and sales productivity data to identify gaps, trends and growth opportunities.
