Key responsibilities • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of overseas digital products supporting marketing, sales, and aftersales service functions. • Act as the key liaison between European markets and headquarters, coordinating cross-functional resources to solve operational issues and complex incidents. • Ensure incidents are properly logged, tracked, classified, and resolved according to defined service levels and internal procedures. • Manage the full incident lifecycle, including identification, root cause analysis, resolution follow-up, and post-resolution improvement actions. • Identify recurring incidents, system gaps, and operational pain points, and prepare structured improvement recommendations. • Work closely with HQ Product and R&D; teams to support product enhancements, defect resolution, release iterations, and continuous product optimization. • Support the deployment of new s
