Looking for a Store Manager ready to lead our new Tissot Boutique, inspire the team, and make an impact from day one
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth, oversee daily operations, and lead the sales team with a hand-on, people-first approach.
- Develop strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets through clientelling, exceptional service, events, partnerships, and traffic-driving initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality in-store experience aligned with brand standards.
- Think strategically and make decisions that elevate store performance.
- Prioritize, plan, delegate, and manage administrative tasks while adapting to evolving business needs.
- Maximize inventory efficiency and maintain strong cash-control and loss-prevention practices.
