Amentum is seeking aChaplain (Priest)to support a unique US Navy program on the island of Diego Garcia. The Chaplain (Priest) provides spiritual care, pastoral counseling, and religious support services to personnel assigned to the installation. This position delivers non denominational religious services, crisis intervention, and faith based programs while fostering an inclusive environment that respects individuals of all faith traditions. The Chaplain serves as a trusted advisor to leadership on ethical, moral, and spiritual matters and ensures all services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements,



Navy regulations, and company standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide spiritual care, pastoral counseling, and religious support to personnel and their families.
- Conduct non denominational worship services, religious rites, ceremonies, and observances for a diverse, multi faith population.
- Provide confidential pastoral counseling, crisis intervention, grief support, and emotional care to individuals experiencing personal or professional challenges.
- Plan and facilitate group worship services, prayer meetings, religious educatin classes, and faith based programs.
- Advise leadership on ethical, moral, spiritual, and resiliency matters affecting personnel and organizational readiness.
- Promote an inclusive environment that respects the religious beliefs, practices, and cultural backgrounds of all personnel.
