Задачи
- Own UX strategy for Player Value across progression, rewards, streaks, challenges, onboarding, and engagement systems;
- Lead discovery and problem framing for complex player-facing initiatives, turning insights and constraints into clear direction;
- Design end-to-end experiences, from flows and prototypes to specs and content, owning quality through delivery;
- Partner across Product, Game Design, UI, Art, Data, and Engineering, bridging crafts and seniority levels to align teams on feasibility and design quality;
- Ground decisions in evidence,



working with UX Research and Data to iterate and improve over time;
- Advocate for the player experience and long-term design quality.

Требования
- Extensive senior experience in UX design within the casual gaming industry, with strong systems thinking and a rigorous design methodology;
- Balance player needs, design craft, and product goals to create impactful experiences;
- Strong ownership and autonomy, with confidence to drive work forward independently;
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills;
- Use data and insights to inform and validate design decisions.
