About the Role

As Global Category Manager in Digital Procurement, you will own end-to-end category strategy for Software, IT Services, and Strategic Hardware across all Sanofi entities worldwide. You will lead complex negotiations, manage strategic supplier relationships, deliver best-in-class savings, and drive Sanofi's AI-powered procurement transformation.

What You'll Do
- Strategy & Innovation Design and execute competitive category strategies grounded in market intelligence, risk assessment,



and long-range business planning
- Drive supplier market expertise and identify emerging technologies, new suppliers, and service models
- Contribute to Sanofi's AI-powered procurement transformation ("agentification")
- Operations & Delivery Build and maintain a sub-category roadmap with a project and savings pipeline aligned to budget cycles
- Deliver year-over-year world-class savings targets and optimize Business Operational Impact (BOI)
- Lead strategic negotiations — globalization programs, harmonization initiatives, and critical supplier escalations
- Establish risk mitigation plans underpinned by supplier assessments and scorecards
- Stakeholder Management Engage senior leaders across Global Business Units and Support Functions to ensure procurement strategies are business-aligned
