Indero is seeking a Strategist, Patient Recruitment and Site Engagement to support recruitment strategies and site engagement across studies in Madrid. You will develop recruitment plans, train project teams, and collaborate with clients to optimize patient enrollment.
Adecuado candidates have at least 2 years in patient recruitment, experience with patient advocacy groups, and strong organizational and communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
