Responsibilities • Manage ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, and service request management. • Use Change Gear to manage and resolve tickets within SLA. • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions. • Support change management activities and ensure compliance with ITIL best practices. • Monitor infrastructure and system health using Sun View. • Track service performance, analyse incident trends, and prepare operational reports. • Identify process improvements and automate routine tasks where applicable. • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery. • Work remotely while maintaining regular communication and providing support during overlapping working hours with the Singapore time zone. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Experience in IT Operations or IT Service Management. • Hands on experience with Change Gear and Sun View. • Good knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes. • Familiarity with ITIL best practices.



• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools. Exposure to Power Shell or Python scripting is an advantage. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. • Comfortable working in a remote environment with the ability to overlap a few working hours with Singapore business hours. • Able to work independently in a fast paced operational environment with strong attention to detail.
