We are looking for an Employee Experience Partner to own the day to day employee experience across Spain.
Your scope includes our Barcelona office, remote employees in Spain,



onboarding experience, internal events, workplace operations, and the practical moments that shape how employees experience Manychat.
We care less about your previous title and more about how you operate. You bring great energy, ownership, strong judgment, and a service mindset to make Manychatters feel excited about coming in the office. You're comfortable figuring things out without a detailed playbook, and you're always looking for ways to make things better as you go.

- Be the primary point of contact for employee experience in Spain, supporting local team members, remote employees, and office visitors.
- Team up with the People Ops Partner to make onboarding and the overall employee experience feel seamless.
- Own the welcome experience from start to finish, think preboarding info, welcome packs, and those local touches that make people feel at home on da
