Your Responsibilities & Impact
As Managing Director for Spain, you will take full executive ownership of a thriving

~€80M Business Unit . While you will oversee the entire regional operation and a talented team of

~30 professionals , your primary mandate is fiercely commercial: driving top-line growth, expanding market share, and steering the overarching sales strategy across Spain.
P&L; & Business Unit Leadership:

Take full accountability for the Iberia Business Unit's profitability. You will steer the 5-year strategic plan, oversee budget results across all profit centers, and implement proactive solutions to ensure financial targets are consistently exceeded.
Commercial Strategy & Execution:





Act as the chief commercial architect. You will design and deploy aggressive sales strategies, identify lucrative new distribution channels, and scale revenue for both legacy and pipeline products.
Executive Dealmaking:

Serve as the senior face of the business in Iberia, building powerful, trust-based relationships with major key accounts and personally steering high-stakes, high-value contract negotiations.
Organizational Empowerment:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a 30-person multidisciplinary team. Partnering closely with HR, you will build a high-performance, commercially driven culture, ensuring robust succession planning and talent development.
Cross-Functional Synergy:

Foster a deeply collaborative internal environment, ensuring Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams are seamlessly aligned behind the commercial growth agenda.
Integral Alignment:

Represent the Iberia region to Group
