Description

As a Product Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will contribute to innovation and growth for our market-leading product portfolios while enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. You will manage end-to-end product lifecycle management, from strategy development through commercialization and optimization. Working in a collaborative, integral matrix organization, you'll partner with R&D;, operations, marketing,



sales and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that solve customer challenges. You'll conduct voice-of-customer research, define product requirements, develop business cases, coordinate product launches, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers meaningful impact and visibility, with opportunities to shape product direction through data-driven insights and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Category strategy and planning

Develop and implement category plans aligned with regional and global priorities
Support portfolio growth, margin improvement, and supplier funding initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing campaigns and product launches
Contribute to the ongoing development of Fisherbrand and private-label strategies

Supplier management

Manage key supplier relationships through Thermo Fisher's Supplier Tiering Prog
