Sales & Business Development Intern

T2S Premium is an international student relocation and support company with offices in Barcelona and Madrid. We help international students and their families manage the essential steps involved in studying and settling in Spain.

We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded Sales & Business Development Intern to support our B2B and B2C growth activities.

Key responsibilities:
• Research new markets, client segments and potential B2B partners.
• Identify, validate and organize prospective clients and partners.
• Support supervised outreach and follow-up activities in Spanish and English.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline information and prepare regular KPI reports.
• Support the sales team in achieving lead-generation, meeting and conversion objectives.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, meeting briefs and follow-up materials.
• Attend selected meetings with prospective clients and partners alongside a supervisor.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity,



client feedback and common sales objections.
• Recommend practical improvements to sales and business-development strategies.
• Support the handover of confirmed clients from sales to operations and perform limited administration directly related to the sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation campaigns, newsletters and B2B materials.
Your profile:
• Currently completing the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Business, International Relations or a related field.
• Advanced written and spoken Spanish and English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong research, communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets, presentations and KPI data.
• Commercially minded, organized, proactive and consistent with follow-ups.
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
