What You Will Be Responsible For

Purchase Order Management: You generate and manage POs in SAP.

This includes mass data changes – such as prices, Incoterms, or delivery details –, cancellations, as well as article creation and EAN maintenance

Claims & Returns: You take care of the smooth processing of claims and returns.

Credit & Debit Notes: You reliably create these documents for our suppliers and our internal workflows.

Finding Solutions: You are a key contact for our suppliers.

Together with cross-functional teams, you find smart, pragmatic solutions for daily challenges.

Supplier Onboarding:You support and coordinate the onboarding process for new partners.

At the same time, you help us rethink and actively redesign the OSCA SCM and VCM applications.
