The RPA Support Specialist role exists to ensure the technical reliability of automated workflows we are implementing for a major Spanish telecommunications partner. As this telecom client modernizes its operating model, consistent performance of robotic processes becomes vital for their daily functions. This position provides the necessary first line of technical observation and correction to maintain the integrity of these digital mandates.

What you will do
Monitor automated processes for our Spanish telecommunications partner to identify and resolve logic errors or performance gaps.
Document technical issues within the robotic workflows and provide clear summaries to the principal leads.
Test new automation scripts in staging environments to ensure they align with the broader governance standards of the client.
Collaborate with the technical team to update process documentation as the telecommunications operating model evolves.
Perform routine health checks on software robots to prevent downtime during critical business hours.
