Hero24 is hiring one Spain Country Growth Lead to take hands-on commercial and operational responsibility for building and growing Hero24 in Spain.
This is a paid contract role for one selected candidate.
Hero24 is a marketplace connecting consumers and businesses with trusted local professionals for everyday home and property services, including moving, cleaning, repairs, installations, renovation, plumbing, electrical work and property maintenance.
We are expanding our operations in Spain and are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven market builder who can take ownership of developing the local business from an early stage.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Build, recruit, onboard and activate Hero24’s local network of service providers
• Develop B2B partnerships with property managers, landlords, real-estate companies, facilities businesses and other relevant local partners
• Identify the strongest cities, service categories and customer acquisition opportunities for the Spanish market
• Drive local customer growth and market development
• Build repeatable processes for provider recruitment, onboarding, partnerships and operations
• Track market activity, pipeline, conversion and performance using CRM and data
• Gather feedback from customers and service providers and turn it into practical improvements
• Identify local partnerships and acquisition channels that can accelerate Hero24’s expansion in Spain
• Work directly with Hero24’s founder and international team on the Spanish market launch and growth
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You may have experience in sales, business development, growth, operations, partnerships, recruitment, marketplaces, property services, home services or entrepreneurship.
We are particularly interested in someone who:
• Is based in Spain
• Is fluent in Spanish and English
• Has strong commercial and communication skills
• Is comfortable contacting businesses and service providers directly
