Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement across warehouse/site, engineering and operational categories, from requirement definition and market analysis through sourcing, commercial evaluation, negotiation, contracting and delivery.
- Support procurement activities related to warehouse sites and leasing requirements, including market benchmarking, commercial comparison,



cost analysis and evaluation of different site options.
- Support procurement across categories such as engineering services, facilities management, MRO, warehouse equipment, technical services, packaging and operational consumables.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies and lead RFQ/RFP processes, bid comparison, supplier evaluation and commercial negotiations.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis, price benchmarking and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluation to assess supplier proposals and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
- Evaluate commercial proposals based on cost, technical capability, quality, delivery, service levels, operational requirements and potential risks.
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into effective procurement solutions.
