Main tasks and accountabilities will be: As part of a small, highly skilled engineering team, you will design, develop, and operate the services that: - Capture evidence from software delivery pipelines. - Evaluate software changes against codified compliance policies. - Automate release and deployment approvals. - Deliver reliable allow/deny decisions in real time. - Generate complete audit trails for governance and regulatory purposes. - Integrate with our Continuous Compliance Framework (CCF).
Youll be working in an event-driven, API-first environment that relies heavily on webhooks, REST integrations, cloud-native services, and automation.
Integration Engineering (Primary Focus) - Design, build, and maintain REST APIs, webhook receivers, and API clients.

Ops with policy evaluation and evidence management systems. - Define and own API contracts, including: - Authentication and authorization flows - Payload validation and enrichment - Retry and resiliency patterns - Idempotency and timeout handling - Failure management and observability Policy as Code Release Governance - Develop services that collect and process compliance evidence. - Build solutions that evaluate compliance policies and automate deployment decisions. - Contribute to the implementation of policy-driven release governance.
Software Development - Build clean, scalable, testable, and maintainable services. - Apply modern engineering practices including: - Test Driven Development (TDD) - Pull Request workflows - Automated testing - Event-driven architectures - Serverless development - Documentation-first engineering Security, Risk Compliance - Design systems with security, auditability, compliance, and operational resilience as core requirements. - Ensure solutions are transparent, explainable, and defensible during internal and external audits.
What do we expect from you? Mandatory requirements: 10 years of professional experience: Strong development experience with C# and .NET Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (mainly Azure functions) Proven experience building: - REST APIs - Webhook integrations - Distributed and event-driven systems - Cloud-native applications Strong knowledge of: - Modern SDLC practices - CI/CD pipelines - Dev
Ops tooling - Integration engineering Understanding of: - Authentication authorization - HTTP protocols and API design - Resiliency and fault tolerance patterns - Testing and quality engineering practices English B2+/C1 - Nice to have: Python development experience Experience with: - Azure Functions - Azure API Management - Azure Key Vault - Azure Table Storage Knowledge of: - Open Policy Agent (OPA) - Rego - Continuous Compliance Framework (CCF) - OSCAL - Policy-as-Code approaches Experience within regulated environments such as banking, finance, or insurance Work Location 100 remote (Spain) Work Schedule Business hours.
