✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

- 3/4+ years of experience in Service Now development or similar engineering roles
- Strong proficiency in Service Now platform development, including scripting (Java Script, Glide Script), web technologies (HTML or XML) and Service Now APIs
- Experience with Service Now modules: ITSM and WSD
- Hands-on experience with Citizen development on Service Now
- Familiarity with Service Now development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets
- Good understanding of Service Now architecture, data model, and best practices
- Experience with Service Portal design and development




- Experience developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications
- Experience facilitating client-facing workshops and progressing initiatives through their lifecycle
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices
- Ability to work within, and occasionally lead, a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality output in short timeframes
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.)
- Analytical mindset and strong customer orientation
- Ability to quickly understand new technologies through instruction and self-training
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluid level)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- A collaborative mindset – team collaboration is key
