Descripción:

Colegio Internacional Torrequebrada (CIT), part of the Affinitas Education group and an IB continuum school (PYP, MYP and Diploma Programme), is seeking to appoint a Teacher Assistant to support our youngest learners in a warm, nurturing and internationally-minded environment.

Key responsibilities

- Support the class teacher in the daily organisation and delivery of the curriculum (British and PYP framework).
- Assist with the supervision, care and wellbeing of young children throughout the school day, including at mealtimes, rest times and outdoor play.
- Support children's language development, particularly in English, through play-based and structured activities.
- Help prepare learning materials and maintain an organised, stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children with additional needs under the guidance of the class teacher and the school’s learning support team.
- Assist with the supervision of transitions between activities, ensuring a calm and safe environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively and warmly with parents and carers, under the direction of the class teacher.




- Support the implementation of school routines, policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.

Requisitos:

- A relevant qualification.
- Previous experience working with young children, ideally in an international or bilingual setting.
- Native English (spoken and written).
- Patience, warmth, and a genuine passion for early years education.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
