Professional Experience * 10+ years of experience in structured finance, structured credit, real estate finance, trading, origination and underwriting across EMEA.* Strong track record in structuring and executing complex financing solutions for institutional clients.* Proven ability to originate, structure, negotiate and manage transactions with a disciplined risk framework and strong focus on execution quality.* Experience leading teams and working closely with trading, sales, syndication, legal and risk functions in large international institutions Education * Master in Finance or equivalent Languages * English (Required)* Spanish (Preferred) Hard Skills * Structured finance and structured credit* Origination, underwriting and execution of complex transactions* Risk management, hedging and restructuring* Cross-border transaction structuring across EMEA* Financial modelling and transaction analysis Soft Skills * Commercial and client-oriented mindset* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* High attention to detail* Collaborative and team-oriented* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities* Proactive, hands-on and adaptable leadership WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT
