Legal Counsel Job Description Summary

Serve as Legal Counsel supporting Hospitality Travel Intelligence business unit. Support the Travel Intelligence business unit as the first level legal advisor, including supporting for the Travel Intelligence partnership team, data governance matters, and commercial contracting activities. Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, data licensing, technology partner, and data distribution agreements.
