Build and optimize model evaluation pipelines by defining metrics and validation frameworks beyond standard benchmarks;
Develop intelligent agent architectures using frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or AWS Agent Core;
Design and implement multi-agent systems with planning, tools, and memory capabilities, integrating structured knowledge bases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Требования University degree: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields;
Experience developing, evaluating, and optimizing production AI/ML solutions based on LLMs, including fine-tuning, PEFT, Lo RA, or instruction tuning, with metric definition and model behavior analysis;
Experience programming with Python;
English at least B2;




Knowledge and experience using generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace;
Nice to have: Experience designing and operating AI systems and scalable data pipelines in production environments, including contexts requiring reliability, explainability, or auditability;
experience with advanced AI technologies such as agent frameworks, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, AWS Agent Core, multi-agent systems, and contributions to knowledge graphs, semantic web, or open-source projects. Условия Hybrid work model with some days from home and others in the office;
