Join our customer’s team as an Emergency Medicine Physician and leverage your clinical expertise to shape the next generation of AI-powered tools for critical care. In this unique remote role, you will help ensure that AI systems accurately support life‑saving decision‑making in emergency medicine by reviewing, annotating, and validating real-world clinical scenarios.Key Responsibilities
Provide expert clinical guidance to develop and refine AI models for emergency medical decision‑making.Review, annotate, and validate emergency department clinical data for accuracy and real‑world relevance.Collaborate with AI developers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals to align AI outputs with emergency medicine best practices.Assess AI recommendations for patient recognition, stabilization, and disposition to ensure safe and effective decision support.Contribute to the creation and review of medical guidelines and protocols integrated into AI systems.Simulate emergency department scenarios to guide AI in handling complex,



high‑stakes workflows.Offer continuous feedback on AI performance to improve reliability and clinical impact.Required Skills and Qualifications
Board‑certified or board‑eligible Emergency Medicine Physician (MD or DO) with active clinical experience.Strong ability to make rapid, high‑stakes medical decisions under pressure.In‑depth understanding of acute care, stabilization, and patient disposition in emergency settings.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with precision and clarity.Comfort with technology and familiarity with data‑driven clinical tools.Experience in supervising or training emergency medical personnel.Capability to critically analyze clinical data and integrate insights into AI systems.Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with AI, machine learning, or medical informatics projects.Published research, clinical guidelines, or protocol development in emergency medicine.Background in curriculum development or clinical training initiatives.
