This position is based fully on-site at our Barcelona office.

• Play a key role in the operation, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital products supporting marketing, sales, and aftersales activities.

• Gain hands-on experience in international product operations, incident management, localization, and system deployment.

Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of overseas digital products supporting marketing, sales, and aftersales service functions.

• Manage the full incident lifecycle, including identification, root cause analysis, resolution follow-up, and post-resolution improvement actions.

• Support the deployment of new systems, product features, and digital tools across international markets.

• Prepare and deliver enablement activities, including user training, operational guidance, documentation, and post-deployment support.

• Monitor product performance, system usage, incident resolution metrics, user satisfaction, and adoption indicators.

• Establish feedback loops with internal users and stakeholders to gather insights and promote data-driven improvements.





• Coordinate with geographically distributed teams, ensuring clear communication, priority alignment, and efficient workflows across time zones and cultural contexts.

• Support any additional tasks, projects, or initiatives assigned by the department.

✅ Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Product Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT product operations, digital product operations, product management, system implementation, or a related role.

• Fluent Spanish and English are required; Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, especially exposure to vehicle sales, spare parts, or aftersales service processes.

• Experience with enterprise systems such as Dealer Management Systems, CRM platforms, customer-facing applications, or other business digital tools is preferred.

• Strong understanding of incident management, product support, system deployment, and continuous improvement processes.

• Highly analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and root cause analysis.
