Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Infor, you will support customers across France and other French-speaking regions, helping them achieve their business goals through successful adoption of Infor solutions.

You will serve as a trusted partner, driving customer engagement, value realization, retention, and long-term success. Working closely with both customers and internal teams, you will ensure customers receive maximum value from their partnership with Infor.

What You'll Do
Customer Success & Adoption
- Manage a portfolio of French-speaking customers and develop strong customer relationships.
- Lead customer onboarding and adoption activities to accelerate value realization.
- Create and execute success plans aligned to customer goals and business priorities.
- Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to support customer success.
- Monitor customer health and engagement to identify risks and opportunities.

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.




- Facilitate regular customer reviews and success discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer support and issue resolution.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives and helping them achieve measurable outcomes.

Retention & Business Growth
- Support renewal and retention activities through strong customer engagement and value delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and expand the use of Infor solutions.
- Share customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Data & Insights
- Use customer success platforms and reporting tools to monitor customer engagement and success metrics.
- Maintain accurate customer records and account plans.
- Leverage data to prioritize actions and improve customer outcomes.
