Account Director

to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be a key driver of business growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will take charge of managing major client accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives deliver maximum ROI and performance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Account & Business Growth
- Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term, executive-level partnerships with key clients, deeply understanding their business goals and market landscapes.
- Business Development:

Identify and execute upselling, cross-selling,



and growth opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
- Campaign Strategy:

Lead the development and pitching of comprehensive marketing strategies, media plans, and campaign concepts.

2. Performance, Efficiency & Results Management
- P&L; and Budget Ownership:

Monitor account profitability, control operational budgets, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Data-Driven Optimization:

Track campaign KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, performance metrics) to guarantee optimal efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement:

Streamline internal workflows between creative, strategy, and media teams to enhance delivery speed and quality.

3. Leadership & Team Coordination
- Cross-Functional Leadership:

Direct and guide account managers, strategists, and creative teams to align project deliverables with client expectations.
- Mentorship & Development:

Foster a high-performance culture by coaching junior and m
