What will your day look like
You’ll be the face and voice of Lexington, the first person our clients meet every day. Working closely with the Office Manager, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly by:
Welcoming visitors and creating a warm, professional first impression.
Managing calls, correspondence, and daily mail.
Coordinating meeting room bookings and keeping our spaces organized.
Supporting with billing, filing, and administrative tasks.
Building strong relationships with our clients — you’ll know them all by name.
What we’re looking for
Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and collaborative.




Communication: Excellent English and Spanish skills, even under pressure.
Organization: Detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient.
Flexibility: Adaptable and proactive when things change.
Tech Skills: Confident using Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
Discretion and respect: You’ll occasionally handle confidential or sensitive information.
What we offer
Entry-level, full-time position (40 hours/week).
Based at Madrid.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
All local and national holidays off.
