Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Revenue: Lead consultative sales calls, handle objections, close bookings, and consistently hit your individual targets (NTR).
Portfolio Management: Build and nurture lasting client relationships via warm leads and targeted outbound follow-ups.
Expert Advisory: Become an expert on MSC ships, itineraries, and experiences to deliver tailored recommendations.
Profile Requirements
1+ year of experience in phone-based consultative sales (Travel, Hospitality,



or Premium Retail is a strong plus).
Strong commercial mindset focused on target achievement and high conversion.
Experience working with sales KPI's.
Native or C2 German level.
Full right to work in Spain and flexibility to work rotating shifts (12/7 coverage).
