Job Purpose:
Act as a strategic financial partner to regional business leaders, providing insightful analysis, financial planning, and decision support to drive profitable growth and operational efficiency.



The role is responsible for translating financial data into actionable business insights, ensuring alignment between financial performance and strategic objectives, and supporting effective resource allocation across the region. By challenging assumptions, identifying risks and opportunities, and promoting financial discipline, the Regional Finance Business Partner plays a key role in enabling informed decision-making and delivering sustainable value

Responsibilities:
General Management
- Act as key partner of the Regional Director for Business units in the achievement of the Company’s Mid Term Plan target, strategy and policy.
- Take responsibility for managing the key operations teams at head office, comprising the Finance Team, Credit Team, Accounting & Controls, controlling and general services.
- Identifies sources of financial risks, cost and profit opportunities and closely cooperate with other non-financial directors
