We’re hiring: Strategy & Creative Director

At Suitbro, we work with companies building robots, automation systems, motion control technology and industrial products.

Our job is to take complex engineering companies and turn them into brands people understand, remember and want to work with.

And we're looking for someone to help us think.

Not another person to execute a marketing plan.

Someone capable of creating it.

What you'll do

You'll receive problems like:

*"We have a great product, but nobody knows us."*

*"We're entering the US market."*

*"Our competitors all sound exactly like us."*

*"We're launching a new robot."*

And your job will be to turn those problems into:

Strategy → Positioning → Message → Idea → Campaign

You'll work on brand positioning, messaging, campaign concepts, creative ideas, copy, storytelling and video scripts.

You'll present your thinking directly to founders, CEOs and marketing teams — and you'll need to be able to explain and defend why you believe an idea will work.

Then you'll work with our production team to make it real.





You don't need to edit videos.

You don't need to design websites.

You don't need to create 3D animations.

We already have very good people doing that.

We need someone who can stare at a blank page and decide what should go on it.

Who we're looking for

Probably someone with
7–12+ years of experience
in strategy, creative, advertising, branding or B2B marketing.

Your current title might be:

Creative Strategist.

Brand Strategist.

Senior Copywriter.

Associate Creative Director.

Creative Director.

Strategy Director.

The title doesn't matter much.

Your thinking does.

Industrial experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

You don't need to know what a servo drive is today.

But you need to be curious enough to want to understand one tomorrow.
