About the Job

As a Content Specialist, your mission is to identify top-tier content opportunities and turn them into unique, highly engaging video products.

The most important part of the role is developing a deep understanding of why content performs:
- audience psychology
- retention
- storytelling
- pacing
- hooks
- packaging
- trends
- platform behaviour

You will research and evaluate raw content from creators around the world, identify strong product opportunities, and develop the best possible treatment for each video.

You will work closely with editors, thumbnail specialists and project managers throughout the entire production pipeline to ensure every product reaches the highest poss
