We’re looking for a
Senior Mobile Engineer
to help us build and evolve Factorial’s mobile experience.

This is not just a React Native role. We’re looking for someone who can
own mobile development end-to-end
: from architecture and product decisions to native modules, CI/CD, DevOps and production deployments.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to build high-quality experiences used by a large and growing customer base, while helping shape how we build mobile software at Factorial.

What you’ll do
- Build and evolve high-quality mobile applications using
React Native and Expo
.
- Design and maintain
native modules
when the product requires capabilities beyond the React Native layer.
- Own features
end-to-end
, from technical discovery and architecture to development, testing, CI/CD and production deployment.
- Take ownership of the mobile engineering lifecycle, including
DevOps, release processes, monitoring and performance
.




- Partner closely with Product and Design to turn business and user needs into simple, scalable mobile experiences.
- Contribute to technical decisions and help define the
mobile architecture and engineering standards
.
- Use
AI-driven development
tools and workflows to increase engineering productivity, quality and speed.
- Identify opportunities to improve our development processes, tooling and overall developer experience.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Help us build a culture of
ownership, autonomy and continuous improvement
.

What we’re looking for
- Strong professional experience building production-grade applications with
React Native
.
- Solid experience with
Expo and the Expo ecosystem
.
- Hands-on experience designing or developing
native modules
and integrating native iOS/Android capabilities with React Native.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance, testing and scalability.
