Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site English Teacher role based in Palau-solità i Plegamans/Polinyà at Too Cool For School. The English Teacher will deliver engaging lessons for learners of varying ages and proficiency levels, using interactive methods and appropriate educational materials. Responsibilities include checking and adapting lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The role involves fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and activities, and communicating regularly with learners and, where applicable, their families or caregivers. The English Teacher is also expected to participate in staff meetings, training, and school events, contributing to continuous improvement of teaching practices and student outcomes.

Qualifications




- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience instructing diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design structured, goal-oriented learning activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both spoken and written, to support clear instruction and professional collaboration.
- Relevant teaching certification or degree in English, Education, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience with classroom management, student assessment, and use of educational technology is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Palau-solità i Plegamans or Polinyà, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and support an inclusive learning environment.
