Responsibilities:
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information
- Consolidate and build the customer base
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
- Ensure consistent customer follow-up
- Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies
- Handle customer needs and inquiries

Requirements
- Language Skills: C2 level of Greek. Good level of English (oral and written)
- Experience: 14 months sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Able to perform tasks independently with some supervision
- CRM Skills: proficient CRM experience,



comfortable with using CRM software to track customer interactions and assist in sales processes
- Communication Skills: solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts
- Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements
