About The Role
We are looking for a senior Inside Sales professional who has led or coached a team before, and is now ready to step back into people leadership. In your current role, you may be operating primarily as an individual contributor carrying your own quota — this role is your path back to managing a team, in a player-coach capacity, leading our Inside Sales organisation across Northern and Central Europe (France, Benelux, Poland, and DACH).



You'll carry a small individual quota while owning team performance, pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue goals for the region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales performance
- Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Lead by example; your role involves team performance as well as individual sales targets.
- Monitor team KPIs including conversion rates, pipeline creation, speed-to-lead, activity metrics, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.
- Own regional forecasting processes, ensuring high forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and business predictability across the region.
- Ensure high-quality lead qualification and customer engagement processes.

Process improvement
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Field Sales to improve lead management, conversion, and forecasting reliability.
- Analyse market performance and identify opportunities for growt
