We are seeking a
Marketing Executive
to support the execution of local marketing activity for
GAIA Restaurant
and
NYX in Marbella
, increasing brand awareness, driving guest acquisition, and supporting revenue growth.

The role will focus on delivering marketing campaigns, promotional activity, partnerships, and local initiatives that strengthen the presence of both brands within the Marbella luxury hospitality market.

Working closely with local stakeholders, including
Puente Romano Beach Resort
, the Marketing Executive will help maximise commercial opportunities and increase guest engagement.

The adecuado candidate will be highly organised, creative, and hands-on, with a strong understanding of
luxury hospitality marketing, social media, content creation, and commercial performance
. A commercially minded approach is essential, with the ability to evaluate activity based on impact, performance, and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Execution
- Support the execution of the local marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, promotions,



events, and initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, drive guest acquisition, and support business objectives.
- Coordinate marketing projects and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, working closely with internal teams, agencies, and local stakeholders.
- Support the adaptation of global brand initiatives for the Marbella market, ensuring consistency across communications and guest touchpoints.
- Work closely with
Puente Romano Beach Resort
on joint marketing initiatives and opportunities to increase visibility and engagement.

Content & Social Media
- Manage the day-to-day social media activity for
GAIA and NYX Marbella
, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community management.
- Collaborate with the GAIA brand team, photographers, videographers, and local creators to produce high-quality content aligned with brand standards and luxury positioning.
