- Support end-to-end recruitment processes
- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs
- Publish job offers and manage candidate sourcing
- Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates
- Participate in hiring and selection processes

Learning & Development
- Identify training needs across the organization
- Coordinate and monitor training activities
- Support the implementation of development plans
- Ensure training records and tracking are properly maintained

Talent Management & HR Projects
- Contribute to talent development initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle
