About CannaWhales

CannaWhales is a B2B platform that verifies and connects licensed medical cannabis companies, already live with 2,200+ licensed companies mapped from official government registries (roughly 28% of the ~8,000 potential market), with native iOS and Android apps in production. The platform has been built solo by the founder over the past several months and is now growing the team.

The Role

We're bringing on Regional Growth Partners to own go-to-market in their region. Each partner focuses on one region (Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, Asia-Pacific) and is responsible for growing CannaWhales' presence there, working directly with the founder to shape how we grow globally, one region at a time.

What you'll do:
- Develop and drive your own go-to-market strategy for licensed cannabis companies, ancillary businesses,



and professionals in your region
- Stay up to date on the regulations applicable to your region and how they affect the industry
- Onboard new companies and users onto the platform, and provide ongoing support to their pages
- Develop local partnerships and channel relationships to accelerate regional growth
- Bring creative ideas to continuously improve growth in your region
- Feed regional market feedback back into product decisions

What we're looking for:
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles, ideally in an early-stage or founder-led environment
- Strong existing network or market knowledge in your region is a plus
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy and little existing infrastructure; you'll be building the regional playbook, not following one
- Genuine interest in the cannabis industry and/or building something from the ground up
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry is
