The Role

We are seeking a high-performing Private Credit Investment Analyst to support the Blue Earth Capital Private Credit team focused on Asia (with a particular focus on South Asia and South-East Asia as well as selectively Central Asia). The role offers the opportunity to work across the full investment lifecycle – from pipeline screening to structuring, due diligence and transaction execution, as well as ongoing portfolio management.



We are looking for someone who brings strong foundational experience and can contribute to our investing activities from day one. The position is full-time and located in Madrid, Spain.

Key Responsibilities
- Screening: assessing early-stage investment opportunities, preparing screening materials, supporting pipeline development, contributing to sourcing calls and meetings, maintaining pipeline records, and conducting thematic research on sectors, markets and macro trends
- Due diligence and transaction execution: reviewing investment materials and datarooms, virtual and on-site due diligence, investment memo preparation, qualitative and quantitative credit risk analysis including financial modelling, impact/ESG evaluation, and support on closing workstreams such as KYC
- Portfolio monitoring: working with portfolio companies alongside the deal team, reviewing reporting materials, processing amendments and waivers, and supporting internal reporting, valuation updates and portfolio reviews
