Responsibilities
Work in cross-functional teams to connect product requirements with technical execution.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-quality Android applications.
Take ownership of product work and deliver secure, responsive, and attractive mobile banking experiences.
Share knowledge within the team and across the wider engineering organization.
Apply testing and sound software architecture practices while working in an evolving regulatory and technical environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience building high-quality Android applications at fast-paced technology companies or fintech startups.
Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable mobile solutions.
Experience with the Android Open Source Platform and Material Design principles.
Experience with Kotlin, Kotlin coroutines, and Flow.
Fluency with Compose and an understanding of responsive,



secure mobile banking applications.
Preferred experience with Model-View-ViewModel architectural patterns, testability, Test-Driven Development or Behavior-Driven Development, and Dependency Injection.
Participation in or speaking at Android community meetups and conferences is preferred.
