The main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows: MY TASKS Support the coordination and logistics of integral training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives Assist in the administration of learning platforms (LMS), including content uploads, user management, and participation tracking Support the preparation of communication materials and internal campaigns related to learning and development initiatives Collect and analyze participant feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of learning programs Support the Global Performance Appraisal process, including system management, tool preparation, employee support, and issue resolution Assist in the development of learning content and resources, such as presentations, guides,
