This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality customer support within a fast-growing international Forex and financial services environment.
You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate account setup, onboarding, trading platforms and day-to-day queries.
The position combines strong customer service with practical knowledge of FX/CFD trading and platforms such as MT4 and MT5.
You will support clients across multiple communication channels while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Working with international teams, you will contribute to smooth onboarding, customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
The role also provides exposure to KYC processes, CRM systems, technical troubleshooting and compliance-related workflows.

Accountabilities
Provide multilingual customer support through email, live chat and phone, responding promptly and professionally to client enquiries.
Assist clients throughout onboarding, including account setup, KYC verification, documentation and ongoing account maintenance.
Support customers with MT4 and MT5 trading platform questions, technical issues and general troubleshooting.
Manage and resolve customer requests through ticketing and helpdesk systems, ensuring issues are tracked through to completion.
Escalate complex technical, operational or compliance-related matters to the appropriate internal teams when required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, requests and follow-ups within CRM systems.
Provide clear guidance to clients on platform functionality, account processes and relevant support procedures.
