This is a strategic corporate role focused on shaping the global medical strategy and launch readiness of an innovative Rare Diseases portfolio.
You will work across Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Market Access and international affiliates to ensure strong alignment and execution.
The role combines scientific leadership with launch excellence, strategic planning and cross-functional influence.
You will help translate medical insights into actionable strategies that support successful product launches and long-term portfolio growth.
You will also contribute to evidence generation, scientific communication, KOL engagement and future asset evaluation.

Accountabilities
Lead the general medical strategy for pipeline and in-market Rare Diseases products, ensuring alignment with broader portfolio priorities.
Drive launch excellence and launch readiness across international affiliates, developing and implementing medical plans that support successful product launches.
Generate and synthesize medical insights, translating findings into strategic recommendations and actionable initiatives.
Lead scientific communication activities, evidence-generation initiatives and publication planning to strengthen the medical value proposition.
Develop and maintain relationships with international Key Opinion Leaders and scientific experts, including the planning and execution of advisory boards.
Partner closely with Commercial, Clinical Development, Regulatory and Market
